About this ai voiceover generator
Faceless videos, product demos and explainers all need a clean voiceover. This tool uses a compact open-weight speech model with 82 million parameters, released under the Apache 2.0 license, running locally in your browser. There is no character quota and no watermark.
Pick from American and British English voices, paste up to 1,000 characters at a time and download the WAV file to drop into Premiere, DaVinci Resolve or any mobile editor. Short sentences and punctuation give the most natural pacing.
The first run downloads the model (about 90 MB) and caches it. Generation speed depends on your device; WebGPU-capable browsers such as recent Chrome and Edge are fastest.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I use the voiceover commercially?
- The model weights are released under Apache 2.0, which permits commercial use. Make sure the script itself is yours to use.
- Is there a character limit?
- Each generation takes up to 1,000 characters so it stays fast in the browser. For longer scripts, generate paragraph by paragraph.
- Which languages are supported?
- This tool offers American and British English voices, which are the model's strongest.
- Can Menivor add the voiceover to a finished video?
- Yes. Menivor writes the script, voices it, adds footage and burns in word-by-word captions, then gives you a ready-to-post MP4.
