Video ads for finance apps

A vertical install ad for a finance app, read from its public store listing: screenshots, a voiceover and captions, with no invented money claim.

What to paste: Paste the finance app's App Store or Google Play link. Menivor reads the public title, description, screenshots and rating, and keeps the hook preview inside those facts. For example: https://apps.apple.com/app/your-finance-app

Any app, not only finance apps? Use the main listing preview.

Three hooks for a finance app

Examples we wrote to show the idea. The preview above writes its own lines from the listing you paste.

  1. Variant 1

“Last month's spending, sorted into the categories this app already uses.”

Shows a screen the listing describes, without a savings promise.

  2. Variant 2

“Name the bill. The due date lands on the list. That is the whole pitch.”

One concrete action, which is what a short ad can actually show.

  3. Variant 3

“A budget screen, not a promise about what you will save.”

States the limit out loud so the ad does not imply a result.

What you get

  • A live listing card: icon, title, screenshots and rating, when the store page has them
  • Three opening hooks from that listing, or a plain template of the same facts when the writer is unavailable
  • After sign-up, a vertical 1080×1920 MP4: those screenshots, a voiceover and word-by-word captions

What the ad shows

  • The listing screenshots of the budget, the bill list, or the spending categories
  • Words taken from the description, not a rate or a payout the page does not state
  • The app name on the last card, and the store rating only when the listing prints one

Before you run it

  • Do not promise a return, a savings amount, or that a lender will approve anyone. Describe the screen the listing already shows.
  • If the description does not name a bank, a card, or a broker, the ad should not name one either.

Frequently asked questions

Can the ad mention interest, yields, or approval odds?
Only when that exact fact is written on the public listing, and even then as the listing's own words. The preview is instructed not to add a number the page does not contain. This page's example lines do not mention any of those.
Does Google Play work as well as the App Store?
Yes. App Store links are read from Apple's public lookup, and Google Play links are read from the public store page. Some Play fields, such as an exact update date, are not always available.
Do I need an account to preview a finance app?
No. Paste the App Store or Google Play link. The listing card and the hook preview run with no account and no card. Rendering the finished video, with a voiceover and burned-in captions, needs a free account.
